What we send
- Answers to your questions. Once you have signed up, a staff member will text you back during business hours when you text Town Hall a question.
- Water and sewer utility notices. Bill reminders, past-due notices, and advance warning before a shutoff.
- Public safety and service alerts. Boil-water advisories, water outages, burn bans, and road or street closures.
- Town business notices. Council meeting reminders, changes to Town Hall hours, and similar announcements.
We do not send advertising, marketing, or political messages, and we never text on behalf of another organization.
How to sign up
There are three ways to join. The Town sends no text to any number until one of them is complete.
1. Sign up on this page
Your name and service address let us match you to your utility account. The mobile number and the consent box are optional, and the form submits without them. The box starts empty, and nothing is sent to your phone unless you fill in a number and check the box yourself.

3. Sign the form at Town Hall
